Welcome Entrance: As a planner it is a priority of mine to make sure that the vendor professionals I choose to bring on board any event with me are given credit, where credit is due for the work they have put into an event, and this event for The Knot was no different. I knew that I wanted to make sure everyone who attended this event knew who each vendor on board was. So, we chose the entrance space as our opportunity. With the help of Girl Friday, she used her two large boxwood walls as the backdrop, and provided the Welcome signage. While Champagne Press created individual logo's to be placed on the boxwood walls, so that each vendor had their own spotlight, not just one long hidden list. Studio Emme helped us pretty it up with her floral design- accents.

Headshot Bar: All guest's attending this event had the opportunity to update their professional headshot's. Shaunae Teske Provided the headshot photography. We used a corner space of the main foyer. This was to create a bit of privacy for guest's. Girl Friday provided the boxwood wall backdrop, Studio Emme provided the floral, Linen Effects provided the lounge furniture, and Champagne Press provided the signage.

As part of the head shot bar, we wanted to give the chance for guest's to freshin' up a bit. WarPaint Beauty Agency helped us by providing makeup touch up's to attendee's prior to their head shots being taken.

The JW Marriott provided us with a beautiful spread of fun breakfast foods, from yogurt parfait's to smoothie shooters.

The main room presentation stage had the most epic backdrop. I dreamed up a balloon garland and Girl Friday made that magic happen. Using their boxwood walls, installing a balloon garland. Linen Effects brought in the white couch, pillows, and side table.

Studio Emme added tucks of accent floral in the balloon garland and a beautiful arrangement for the side table.

Studio Emme provided floral arrangements that were paired with Girl Friday's boxwood ball's to give a bit of height to the centerpieces.

Each attendee was given a folder with educational and marketing materials by The Knot. We had worked with The Cookie Creative in the past and knew we had to find a way to incorporate them into this event. So, cookie favors it was! I mean, who doesn't love a little afternoon sweetness snack!?

One of the conference rooms was set aside for strategy sessions. This allowed the attendees to meet with The Knot reps to go over their website and social media platforms. The Knot reps were able to give out some great advice to help out the attendee's in their one-on-one sessions.

Two Bright Lights was also in attendance at the event, working to educate attendee's on the value of reaching out to publishers through their online system.

A seperate lunch room was a must, and we couldn't just let it be plain and simple. So of course, Studio Emme saved the day by bringing in her floral rental decor, paired with her beautiful floral designs. Champagne Press provided the cutest table names, which we used names of lakes in Minnesota for. Rudy's Event Rentals provided fun seating as well.

For Lunch we wanted to have individal servings, and the JW Marriott really pulled out all the stops, making lunch super fun! The presentation was top notch!

Mid-day snacks were a must. JW Marriott did an amazing job using a Chocolate theme! Everything was chocolate and everything was delicious!

Attendee's were provided with thank you- swag bags. Minny & Paul provided the cutest gift boxes, and Goldfine Jewelry provided some discount coupons as well!

Instead of a full bar we had two options for the social hour. 1) Rosé bar with 3 different Rosé options to choose from and 2) Bourban bar with 3 different Bourban drinks to choose from.

Ryan Kulka with Generation Now provided acoustic guitar and vocals during the social hour, and it was the perfect set for the audience!

My team pulled out all the stops, in addition to the many hours I put into this event prior to it, my team and I put in many hours just the day before and the day of the event. I literally could not have pulled it off without their help. Tamara and Pegeen are the pea's to my pod.

It takes a village of hard-working and dedicated event professionals to pull off an event like this. THANK YOU to everyone who put in the work and everyone who attended the event as well. Cheers!
